I hereby give notice of the Annual General Meeting of Ballymun Kickhams GAC, which will take on the 15thday of November in the year 2023 (15/11/2023) at 8pmin Glasnevin Lawn Tennis Club, Ballymun Road, Dublin 9, DR76.

Furthermore, I would like to invite nominations for election to the executive committee for 2024. Nominations must be received by the 18th day of October in the year 2023 (18/10/2023). Nominations should be sent electronically to secretary.ballymunkickhams.dublin@gaa.ie

Children’s officer​

Players Rep {to be appointed at AGM on the recommendation of outgoing executive}

Irish Language & Culture Officer {to be appointed at AGM on the recommendation of outgoing executive}

Executive Officer: (at least 5 but not more than ten)

Nominations to serve on the Executive Committee shall be by any two Full Members (which may include the nominee) whose membership fees are paid up to date in accordance with Rule 6.2 (i.e. paid up before March 31st)and who are not suspended or disqualified under the Constitution and Rules or the Official Guide.

Only Full Members, who’s Membership Fees are paid up to date in accordance with Article 6.2 (i.e. paid up before March 31st) and who are not suspended or disqualified under this Constitution or Rules of the Official Guide, shall be eligible for election to the Executive Committee

Furthermore, I would like to invite motions for consideration at the Annual General Meeting. Motions should be received by the 18th day of October in the year 2023 (18/10/2023). Nominations should be sent electronically to secretary.ballymunkickhams.dublin@gaa.ie

Motions shall be accepted from Full Members only whose Membership Fees are paid up to date in accordance with Article 6.2 (i.e. paid up before March 31st) and who are not suspended or disqualified under this Constitution or Rules of the Official Guide, shall be eligible for election to the Executive Committee.
