In Glasnevin Lawn Tennis Club, Ballymun Road, Dublin 9.
Call for Nominations
We invite nominations for positions on the executive committee for 2025. Nominations must be submitted by midnight Wednesday 13 November 2024 in writing by email to secretary.ballymunkickhams.dublin@gaa.ie.
Positions open for nomination:
- Chairperson
- Vice Chairperson
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- PRO (Public Relations Officer)
- Registrar
- Children’s Officer
- Players’ Representative
- Irish Language & Culture Officer
- Executive Officer (at least 5 but no more than 10)
Eligibility: Nominations must be made by two full members (which may include the nominee) whose membership fees are paid up to date in accordance with Article 6.2 (i.e. paid up before March 31 2024) and who are not suspended or disqualified under this Constitution or Rules of the Official Guide.
Only full members, whose membership fees are paid up to date in accordance with Article 6.2 (i.e. paid up before March 31 2024) and who are not suspended or disqualified under this Constitution or Rules of the Official Guide, shall be eligible for election to the Executive Committee.
Call for Motions
We also invite motions for consideration at the AGM. Motions should be submitted by midnight Wednesday 13 November 2024 in writing by email to secretary.ballymunkickhams.dublin@gaa.ie.
Motions shall be accepted from full members only whose membership fees are paid up to date in accordance with Article 6.2 (i.e. paid up before March 31 2024) and who are not suspended or disqualified under this Constitution or Rules of the Official Guide.
