The BluePrint workstreams met for the third time last night in the Ballymun Axis. Really positive meeting with an action to move from scoping to implementation phase. Here are some updates below on how things are progressing. Fell free to shout if you would like to join and assist.

CC1 - Eoin Dolan

U8 Boys and Girls Management teams now in place.

Nursery family fun day taking place March 17th.

Continued recruitment of players and coaches from local schools.

CC2 - Vinny Kelly

Nutrition session to be arranged for all teams.

Appoint senior player from Men's and Ladies to act as Ambassador for Juvenile Teams.

Conversations continue in relation to the installation of Juvenile goals in Poppintree Park.

Positive conversations with ClubZap regarding the "App" of choice for all club communications. Number of training sessions attended. Executive approval to move all team WhatsApp groups to ClubZap by March 31st 2023.

Facilities - Gerry Staunton

Architect drawing received for upgrade of Pairc Ciceam - Option 1 Upgrade current building Option 2 Build new from scratch. Quantity Surveyor to provide costings as next step.

Club clean up took place on March 11th with great work done by all volunteers.

Conversations continue with DCC in relation to site 31.

Finance - Colm Kelly

BK sports prediction quiz now live on social media and ClubZap, please spread the word.

Great work continues with the pitch signage, 7 new signs to date in 2023.

2023 Club Fundraiser - Fashion show to take place in May 2023.

Community - Adrienne Conlon

Numerous meetings with local stakeholders as we continue to try build a presence in Ballymun.

Look to leverage Ballymun Comprehensive and Buddy's Farmer market for local initiatives.
