Data Protection
- I, and those detailed on this registration form acknowledge the need for Ballymun Kickhams GAA to collect and process data that is required to administer the Club Camp which the person on this application will attend.
- I understand the ‘Personal Data’ on this form will be used by the Club for the contractual purpose of registration and administration of the Camp.
- I understand that the ‘Personal Data’ will be retained by the Club for such period as is necessary to administer the Camp including any post Camp communication.
- I understand that if I do not provide the relevant ‘Personal Data’ the registration cannot be completed.
General Terms & Conditions:
- The Camp is open to children between the ages of 5 and 13 years.
- The hours of the Camp are 10:00am to 2:00pm.
- Ballymun Kickhams shall not be responsible for any child left unsupervised outside these hours.
- Registration is via online only.
- There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 7 days in advance of the Camp. Please contact bkjuvenilesection@gmail.com to inform us of any cancellations.
- All refunds will be returned less the transaction fee.
- Ballymun Kickhams GAA reserve the right to make date/venue changes if necessary and will not be held accountable should activities be suspended or cancelled due to bad weather.
- In the event that the Camp is cancelled, either in part or full, the co-ordinator will contact the parent/guardian to advise them of same and request that they pick up their child or make other arrangements. The coaching staff will supervise the children until they are collected.
Ballymun Kickhams Camp Policy
- The Camp will operate to a high standard, but we cannot be held liable or responsible for damages, injuries or loss of possessions. Parents/guardians are advised to obtain personal insurance for these occurrences. We advise that valuable items are left at home.
- Misbehaviour will result in the participant being suspended from the Camp; no refund will be given.
- Cancellations due to medical reasons must be verified in writing by a medical practitioner. A refund will be issued on receipt of suitable evidence verifying the condition. Medical cancellations must be verified within 3 days of cancellation to receive a full refund.
- Children must not utilise their smartphones or other devices to post to social media during the Camp. To do so would be deemed misbehaviour and may result in the child being suspended or expelled from the Camp.
- Parents/guardians must respond to contact from the Camp co-ordinator and must collect their child following misbehaviour or if they are unwell. A child who is ill should not be brought to the Camp and will not be accepted by the camp co-ordinator.
- A Gum Shield must be worn by participants while playing football.
- The Camp will be subject to the Sport Ireland and GAA guidelines in place at that time.
- These, and other important information will be communicated to you the week prior to the Camp.
- We may photograph or record a video image over the duration of the Camp. In the event that we wish to share identifiable images within the Club you will be contacted to request a separate permission.
